Preventative Maintenance Plan

American Eagle Techs (AET)
AET will provide standard scheduled maintenance to keep your gate system in operation. Automatic gate operators + related accessories to be serviced a designated number of times during the 12-month period of this contract.
AET will provide this service and furnish, install, and adjust all parts, which are listed,and perform scheduled maintenance per attached list. See breakdown below for prebuilt plans. If you have a unique, or heavily used gate system, please ask our team to build you a custom PM plan!
*Prices are for locations within 30 miles of our home office. For jobs 30 – 100 miles from our branches, add: ($250/year) for Bronze ($400/year) for Gold ($500/year) for Platinum

What we do during a routine Preventative Maintenance Visit
• Full system inspection (mechanical/electrical/safety)
• Lubrication of hinges, rollers, chains, arms, and internal parts
• Touch up paint as needed
• Check and tighten all brackets and ground tracks for secure mounting.
• Remove any debris, insects or rodents in or near control boxes or gate system.
• Check and add hydraulic fluid to proper level (if needed).
• Check and adjust limit and safety switches.
• Check the Electronic Reversing Device (ERD) for correct sensitivity.
• Check and adjust the clutch to ensure smooth operation.
• Full UL 325 and ASTM F2200 compliance check + report
• A report will be stored in your file of all work completed on your system
Additional Information
• If your plan is out of service calls, labor will be billed at $95 per hour
• Emergency service work performed outside of standard business hours will be billed at an overtime
rate, which is TWO times the standard hourly rate.
• AET warrants that any parts installed on a service call will operate for 90 days. Normal wear and tear
is expected. Warranty will not apply if parts or gate has been damaged by vandalism, misuse,
damage cause by or to the gate, power failure, accidents, or acts of God.
